Physical Therapist Assistant
Family First Early Intervention is looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. Our Physical Therapy Assistants are responsible for the treatment of children for gross motor development, helping children doing exercises as part of a plan of care, identifying family concerns in their home environment, and other activities of daily living. Family First Early Intervention is a First Steps Agency providing family centered care for birth to three years of age in the family’s natural environment.
Job Duties:

Complete treatment plans in accordance with state and federal standards and the family’s Individualized Family Service Plan

Provide quality care and treatment to children with a family focus

Maintain professional competence through continuous education, training, and development

Collaborate with other professionals to ensure that all children receive the best possible care and treatment

Document child care and treatment information for the child’s parents/caregivers

Follow all policies, procedures, and guidelines established by Family First Early Intervention

Maintain a safe environment for children, providers, and families

Complete required documentation (e.g., daily logs, case notes, etc.) within their designated time frames.

Provide one-on-one time with children to promote daily living skills, interaction, and learning
Qualifications:

Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant or related field preferred. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Salary: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
